“Baby Voltige” lessons

Format:

1 hour

Age group:

As from 3 years old

Objectives
– Learn to situate the child’s own body in their surrounding space (front, back, inside, outside).
– Increase confidence in the child’s body diagram.
– Familiarize the child with horses.

Means:
– All exercises are done on a playful basis: children learn while having fun.
– Fun gymnastics exercises on foot and then on barrels.
– Playful exercises on horseback.

“Voltige E & D Grade” lessons

Format:

1.5 hours

Age group:

6 years old and older

Objectives
– Strengthen, Flexibility, Strength, Balance
– Learn codified movements on barrels
– Learn how to prepare the aerobatic horse, familiarize yourself with equipment
– Develop ease on horseback at a walk or gallop pace
– Repeating movements on the horse and developing harmony

Means:
– Many exercises to develop fitness, flexibility, strength training.
– Practice on drums of movements imposed
– Practice on and around the horse of compulsory exercises and free program
– Participate in individual, pair or team competitions

“Voltige C & B Grade” lessons

Format:

1.5 hours

Age group:

10 years old and older

Objectives
– Strengthen, Flexibility, Strength, Balance.
– Learn codified movements on barrels.
– Learn how to prepare the aerobatic horse, familiarize oneself with the vaulting equipment.
– Develop ease riding at a gallop pace.
– Repeating movements on the horse and developing harmony.

Means:
– Many exercises to develop fitness, flexibility, strength training.
– Practice movements imposed on the barrels.
– Practice on and around the horse of compulsory exercises and free program.
– Participate in individual, pair or team competitions.
